One day, Jesus saw a blind man who had never been able to see. The disciples asked, “Why is he blind? Did he do something wrong?” Jesus answered, “No, this happened so God’s power can be shown!” Then, Jesus made mud, put it on the man’s eyes, and told him to wash in a pool. When the man did, he could see! Everyone was amazed, but some people didn’t believe it. The man said, “One thing I know: I was blind, but now I see!”
